Listings are Down, and that’s a GOOD thing!

Over the last two weeks listings have been down, and that’s a good thing! With inventory in the 11 month range (6 months is healthy) over the past several months this is hopefully a sign that the market is evening out a bit. Sales are still a little down, but I’m optimistic for the Spring market. Here are the stats……….
